A Tribute in Honor of the Men and Women that lost lives,
loved ones, or took action on 911
The US Will Survive
I wrote this song on 9.15.01. This is a memorial to those people from around the world that suffered in America on 9.11.01. This is also a memorial to those men and women that played a role in rescuing those in need on that day.
The recording quality is not great; neither is my singing or instrumentation....mostly because I am not very good at either, but the song itself is worth a listen. Please pass it around if you like it. A much better version will be here in place of this one in the future.

Words to the song:

We knew that day would come
When We'd be on the run
Oh Uncle Sam where were you on that day
The first punch has been thrown
our freinds and family gone
and we won't rest but still our lives go on.

Chorus:

The US will survive
Let's keep that hope alive
Those forces from below will have to pay
We'll help freedom to grow
that path is right you know
and peace on earth will exist someday.

The battle has begun
The glory seekers gone
The puppetmaster hides within his cave
Sweet vengeance will be ours
We'll blow that guy to Mars
and the whole world will all join in and praise

Chorus

So raise ol glory high
morning noon and night
and thank those in our uniforms today
our futures in their hands
they know why freedom stands
and say a prayer for those who had to pay

Chorus

and peace on Earth will exist someday
